Barossa's Good Blokes
Connect + Learn + Share

Sold out groups in 2026 are now open as expressions of interest for 2027.

Welcome to Barossa's Good Blokes, formed and delivered by Mark Harris, founder of Mark Harris Wellbeing.

Barossa's Good Blokes has been established because it's never been more important for men to connnect with, and check in on, each other.

This is about growing the circle of mates that have your back whenever you need it, sharing your wisdom and life learnings to help others, and learning new ways that can help you when life gets hard.

If you've read my story, you'll know I’m not a clinical psychologist but I feel as though my expertise has come from challenge, change, grief and loss and having to work out life challenges as I go. And forming Barossa's Good Blokes is my way of bringing all of my learnings together to support and connect local with the support I needed.

All Barossa's Good Blokes sessions were sold out in 2026 and you can express interest to be part of the team in 2027. Just click the link below, provide your details and you'll be added to the list with further details to come soon.

There is no obligation to join, just your way of making sure you dont miss out.

Grounded in Experience, Not Just Theory

When you reach out for support you should expect that the approach and way forward should be designed just for you - because everyone has a different story, challenge, and vision for their life.

I think you would expect personalised and unique support. But it should be more than that too.

I believe wellbeing support should be accessible and affordable to meet your time, budget and lifestyle.

That's why I offer a range of different support options that truly meet your needs. From one-to-one, group settings, in your workplace, or online in your own time.

I'm here for you, every step of the way.

I highly recommend Mark .
I was leading a very hectic lifestyle, trying to support family members, and trying to cope with grief.  I found Mark to be extremely helpful.
He guided open discussions, and presented successful strategies for me to follow. These strategies enabled me to gain self care, and return to a more balanced lifestyle.
